To improve the braking performance, replacing the drum brakes with rear disc brakes on LADA will help. LADA brake discs are 25-30% more effective than drum brakes. For this reason, all top models of modern cars have disc brakes on the front and rear axles.

To achieve maximum effect, we advise you to replace the brake pads/shoes on LADA with appropriate imported ones of higher quality.

Rear disc brakes on LADA come in different versions. The best proven kits are assembled from imported components of the (Lucas company, for example).

In order to ensure that the rear axle does not slow down after installing the set of brakes, it is necessary to adjust the distribution of brake forces. On the rear axle, you must install kits in which the brake discs are at least 1 inch smaller than corresponding ones installed on the front axle of the car.
